How do I cancel my subscription? Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Thrift Pro → Cancel Subscription.
How does the AI scanner work? Point your camera at any clothing item and tap scan. Our AI identifies the brand, style, and condition, then estimates its resale value.
Why is my scan not working? Make sure you have a clear photo of the clothing item with good lighting. The scanner works best with individual items, not people or non-clothing objects.
How do I delete my account? Open Thrift → Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
How do I change my username? Open Thrift → Profile → Settings → tap your username. You can change it once.
